Vintage 1990's pattern by Kathie Rueger-Country Sunshine to paint a stuffed girl dolly pillow. She is dressed in homespun calico dress, wears a straw hat, and is holding a dolly. You can cut the pattern from a canvas or muslin fabric (adding seam allowances, then sew edges and stuff with fiber fill), or paint on surface of choice. 

Pattern includes one colored photo, text instructions, full sized line drawing.
