Tutorial to paint an angel holding a lamb on a layered plaque or tray. The overlay with oval cutout is decoupaged with star fabric.  The angel/lamb are painted on the background layer using acrylics. You could reverse this and decoupage fabric on a background rectangle, then find an oval plaque that fits on the rectangle and paint the angel/lamb on the oval. Traceable drawing for angel/lamb is approx. 7"x5", but you can enlarge or reduce it.
