Tutorial to paint a welcome home sign with different cutout overlay for the letter "O" for each season using acrylic paints. Overall sign is approx. 8"x12". If you don't want to purchase the individual cutouts you could paint the seasonal "O" on a 3-1/2" circle cutout to velcro to the sign so they are interchangeable. Letter cutouts are available from Paolo in Italy, or you can purchase similar ones at U.S. Art and Craft stores.
