Tutorial by Sandra Malone to paint a snowman throwing out snowflakes from his top hat with torn overlay embellishment using DecoArt Acrylics. Traceable drawing is approx. 7"x10". You may reduce or enlarge the design to fit a surface of your choice. Sandra painted it on an 8"x10" canvas board. You can choose to add the torn cardboard or not, the design could simply be painted on the flat surface without the cardboard.
