Linnet bird scene ...
Leslie says - "The Linnet is a finch that used to cover the Irish farmlands and forests. Their songs are full of trills and twitters. The irony is that their beautiful songs are the reason that they were almost driven to extinction. They were trapped and kept in cages, to sing in Irish homes. However, once caged, many could no longer sing. The Linnet came to symbolize the world’s loss when a way of life disappears."
