Daryl says "For years we have had a scarecrow that we set out with the fall decorations. He has come to be known as Bob. Bob has even been the quest of honor at a children’s party, where, unfortunately he was kidnapped by crows. They left ransom notes, treasure hunt style demanding corn. . . . or else!  It was great fun and Bob was returned, blindfolded but safe.
