Sandra says... This surface has a spacer in between the front and back piece. It’s a thin piece that goes around the bottom and two sides leaving the center open to add a small note, a gift card, a spring seed packet, etc.  It would be a very nice Mothers Day gift, or any holiday depending on a design that you’ve painted.  Watch for some Christmas ornament sizes that will hold gift cards.  Lots of ideas here.  Teachers, graduation, etc.  You may reduce or enlarge the design for a surface of your choice.
