Beach sign with seashells - sand dollar, starfish, scallop ... painted on scrapbook paper decoupaged to 10"x10" birch panel or cradled canvas and 3 tag shapes cut from book board or wood.  Enlarge or reduce as desired to fit your surface of choice.   

Scrapbook paper backgrounds are included in the pattern.  Pat recommends they be printed on Premium Presentation Paper for inkjet printers available at Office Depot.  Alternatively, you can purchase scrapbook paper with nautical themes at your local craft store.
