Tutorial by Sandra Malone to paint a design that could be interpreted as cards, or I see a tiered cake, embellished with greenery, poppy, daisies, berries using DecoArt Acrylics. You may reduce or enlarge the design to fit a surface of your choice. Sandra painted it on an 8"x11-3/4" framed panel that had a design she painted over. You can paint or use scrapbook paper for the rectangles in the design... Sandra painted them. Background and rectangles have mixed media designs made using items you may have around the house, stencils, stamps, etc.
