Sandra says... This little cutie is going to be my new Christmas ornament. It is a 2 piece ornament with a spacer in between to hold a gift card. It could really be a gift card for any time of the year. Think birthday, Fathers Day, Mothers Day, Graduation, a gift for that difficult school teacher. Such a fun idea. I painted this with a design that is partly on the back piece and part of the design on the front piece. Sometimes the pattern might need a slight shift to one side or the other to match up, but it’s very easy to do. You may reduce or enlarge if needed for a larger envelope card. I’ve thought about painting the design on the back and having the gift card hidden for a surprise on the front. Think opposite of what I have done here. Just a thought.
