One piece of wood (1/2" - 3/4" if making stand ups, 1/8" plywood if making ornaments or magnets) or you can purchase a pre-cut wood kit.  Wood piece is cut into two jack-o-lanterns and three ghosts.  Ghosts each have a letter that spells out BOO.
