Personal & Credit Card Info
When ordering from us, we expect that you will provide legitimate and accurate data with your order. If you provide payment by a credit card issued to someone other than yourself, we require that you have authorization to use their card, and that you provide us with the card owners name as it appears on the card along with the credit card mailing address.
The charge will appear on the cardholders credit card statement as Decorative Painting Store.
For security reasons, we do not store your credit card data in our store, you will need to re-enter each time you check out.
ePATTERN DOWNLOADS
Paypal Payments
When purchasing ePatterns, you can download them immediately if you have made your payment through Paypal, using the download table at the end of your order confirmation screen. Just click on the title of each ePattern in the download table to start downloading your pdf file.
Credit Card Payments
If you are paying by credit card, I need to process your credit card authorization offline, so your download will be disabled until I can do so and update the status of your order to COMPLETE. If you try to download them before I can do this, you will simply get a blank screen. When I have completed processing your credit card, I will send you an email telling you to log back into your account to download your file(s).
Once you are logged in, click on MY ACCOUNT near the top right of the page, then on VIEW next to your current order. On the order summary page, scroll down to the DOWNLOAD LINKS table and click on the title of each ePattern to start downloading the pdf file. The download will be available for 7 days, and you will have 2 chances to complete it.
